February 5, 2014

The hideout which was founded by uncle Jeb is a cave/ cavern located in the Arizona desert was formed by volcanoes. The cavern was founded one day by Uncle Jeb as he was exploring the inside of a cave then he fell down under into the cavern. After being down there so long Jeb became very familiar with the cave soon after the cavern would become the hideout. Inside the cave there is a dank, high-domed space with two different water ways, the closest one was a small stream that was a shallow braided ribbon of silver in the light from above coursing between low stone banks which was used to take baths and another that has river with”the male, bass gurgle that produce thick clouds of vapor that rose from the gaping holes. The river was black, submerged under the floor of the cavern, exposed by wide, round erosions along the length of the room.” On the ceilings there were long, narrow stalactites, dripping toward the stalagmites beneath each one. Deep inside the cave Jeb found a way to grow grass by using mirrors to reflect light in order to create photosynthesis. The cave is full of natural crevices, lava tubes and steamy vapor due to the volcano still being active.

Wanderer loves Jaime and Jared because she is inside Melanie’s body and Melanie loves them.
Another conflict that Wanderer faces is that the Seeker is in pursuit and it seems as if she’s getting closer. The Seekers pure hatred of the human race and unstableness makes her a severe menace.
Uncle Jeb put the fate of Wanderer/Melanie in Jared’s hands. Ian has attempted to choke Wanderer and then he began to have feelings for her. In Kyle and Ian’s attempt to kill
Wanderer, Jared protected her as if she was still Melanie. He still didn’t want anyone to harm her even though she wasn’t Melanie. The seeker is very persistent in her pursuit of
Wanderer and the human rebels. When the other seekers leave after one of them is attacked by wild coyotes, the main seeker shows her dedication by staying behind. Jamie and Jeb are the only ones who believe in Wanderer. Jeb is slowly starting to accept
Wanderer as one of them he gives her a tour of the cave, also he gives her a room and he gives a nickname Wanda.
I hope both Wanderer and Melanie both survive somehow in some amazing way. I am kind of worried about Wanderer being in the
