On October 18, you plagiarized an important essay. On March 8 you were again discovered to have plagiarized the name of a document and submitted it as if it were your own.
It was made clear to you at the meeting on 12 July and in the letter to you of the same day that we expected you to not plagiarize strictly at all times. You have failed to do this.
