In William Cullen Bryant’s “To a Waterfowl” the speaker is having trouble deciding what he wants to study in the area of law. One day, Bryant watched a bird fly across the horizon, and he sensed a special meaning in the bird’s flight. Just like Bryant being guided by the bird, I am guided by my parents. I am guided by my parents, because they send me to a Christian school, taught me how to be kind, and taking me to church.
My parents have guided me in my path, because they care enough about me to send me to a Christian school. It is important that I get a Christian education and learn how to think like a Christian.
