In world war 2 there were 2 atomic bombs created that changed humanity forever. The bombs killed massive amounts of people. The Bombs made an entire country surrender, killing thousands of people instintaly. The war was considered by many the bloodiest and most violent war. This war was a horrible and dreaded war but it also made huge technological advancements.

The Atomic bombs were created in Las Alamos, New Mexico (Perritano pg 42). They had a bunker in New Mexico were the bombs were made. The bombs were tested in the Trinity test. The Trinity test released massive energy. Albert Einstein supported the Allies (Perritano pg 47). He feared that the nazi party would make one of their own. 2 Atomic bombs were created for the allies. Named Fat Man and Little Boy (Perritano pg 47). These bombs had …show more content…
The plutonium used a chain reaction to cause mass destruction. The bombs had a lot of chemical reactions used to explode. These were the first atomic bombs called Fat Man and Little boy (Perritano pg 42). It was surrounded with steel. The Atomic Bombs had uranium in it.

The Atomic Bombs were used in world war 2. The Atomic Bombs were used on The Axis enemies. When truman came to the office american scientist had already tested the world’s first atomic bombs (Dalton 26). The bombs were dropped on japan. The Bombs were dropped The war ended in September 2 1945 (Dalton 26). Japan and Germany could not withstand the Allies they had to much weapons and power. A huge chunk of japan’s population died to the atomic bombs. Germany fell into a great depression. There was a huge chunk of war debt they had to take care of.
