The Jacket is the title the author is Gary Sato. The kid didn’t like the Jacket .He had to go to school with the jacket and bad things happened. For example his dog ripped his jacket.Then He got pushed on the playground. The boy thought the coat was ugly. I think the meaning would be sadness. The dog ripped the jacket.
