In the passage “ The last Wilderness Preserve” the author’s argument isn’t as good as “ A New Land Of Opportunity. One reason I say this is because in “ The last Wilderness Preserve” the author just really talks about scientists. In the passage it talks about Archeologists discovering things that no one has discovered yet. This explains that the author is just giving us details about what some scientists can do. Another reason I say this is because is that she gives us details about what the scientists think. In the passage it says that the scientists claim that there are useful things in Antarctica. This explains that the author is just telling us what the scientists thinks, she doesn’t actually know if they do or not.
