There are several theories on how to have a successful and abundant life, but are any of them true? Is there any way we can control what happens to us? Can we stop bad events in our life from happening? Can we actually “Think and Grow Rich?” Napoleon Hill, writer of many inspirational books including the most popular “Think and Grow Rich” thought it was possible. We are dealing with a law, a law that even Sir Isaac Newton did not find. We are dealing with The Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction states that you attract into your life whatever it is that you think about, “likes attract likes.” Your dominant thoughts will manifest themselves and become your actions. In other words, if a person has a strong desire to fall in love, but with that they have a overwhelming thought and fear of getting cheated on, more than likely that thought, if a strong one, is going to transform into reality. Unfortunately that person has “thought” themselves into that situation, intending to or not. The Universe reacts to our strongest desires, bad or good it cannot distinguish one from another. Highly respected author Bob Doyle, states “that what you feel and what you think are the only factors that determine your reality.” “They literally attract things that include physical objects, people, circumstances and life experiences,” states Bob Doyle in his book Wealth Beyond Reason. Think of your thoughts as being a magnet, and life circumstances and physical objects as being paperclips; your thoughts will attract what is compatible to them and therefore putting you in the everyday situations and environments you go through. Often times people find it easier to blame God for the situation they are in, when in all reality it was their own previous actions and thoughts that put them there. As we look back on Bible Stories, we find that Abel’s death started with a strong emotion of jealousy from Cane toward Abel, therefore lead Cane to the killing of Abel. His thoughts manifested into a physical action! We as humans are led by our emotions, even God showed an emotion of anger when he became angry with Sodom and Gomorrah. God sent fire and brimstone from the heavens to the destruction of those two wicked cities! Sodom and Gomorrah attracted their death and destruction by their deathly and destructive thinking process, and it all started with a single thought! As The Law of Attraction can destroy you, it can also bring your wildest dreams to a reality, you just have to allow it
