“Craft language that reveals an aesthetic awareness. Understand issues of linguistic and cultural diversity in such topics as dialect variation, bilingual education, literary expression, language policy, and social status” (Winek). Writing and giving our opinion is when writing became less difficult because I was literally writing about me and expressing myself on my writing. Originality meaning writing my own opinion or writing about myself was unchallenging. The Owl at Purdue's helped me with my tone, sentence structure and word choice.
