1. Candice and Peter are dating. Candice is mentally deranged, but not clinically insane or legally ill. Peter decides to date another girl. Candice finds out and starts to follow him to and from work, all the while sharpening a bowie knife, in plain view. She wants to scare him. Peter is not alarmed as he is physically much stronger and smarter than her. Peters’ mother however reports Candice. The Police arrest Candice, what is the appropriate charge if any?
