I have chosen the fifth prompt. In my opinion, whether flag-burning should be criminalized depends on the intention of such act. On how Clinton referred the Star-Spangled Banner as embodying the “revolutionary idea that…created equal, and equally entitled to life, liberty…” the flag symbolizes eternal principles of liberty, justice,equality and humanity in this nation.
