Many believe gun control will cut all forms of crime, however gun control is not a practical solution. Just like the reign of Hitler In Germany, Hitler restricted this from the Jews, this wasn’t his ultimate downfall, but it is what made the dictatorship collapse internally. Gun control all over the world starts with a problem, just like any law. All laws have a reason for their placement, whether that reason for gun control be a death, a crime, an accident, there was a reason it was put in place so it wasn't really about control, more about a victim wanting closure. When people think about gun control they normally think of a horrific tragedy, such as school shooting or the famous theater shooting that brought a lot of light on the bad side …show more content…
Farlex said “ Gun control is the regulation and notification, knowing of a firearm’s location and owner is just like knowing if it is loaded or not.” This is a strong statement showing that knowledge is the key to controlling or regulating something with this much of an impact. North Carolina Firearms Laws Handbook says “ On February 28, 1994, the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act became law and established many ways to govern purchases of firearms from federally licensed firearms dealers. Along with a rise in black market trading.” (Procon media group) then you have the same web page saying “People who think as those hyenas are less naïve than the idealists who wish to ban guns outright. "Gun control" is a misnomer for what they have in mind. They are evil: they wish to control others. One of the easiest ways to control other people is by making them defenseless.”(Procon media group) Two strong statements that are opposite,
