By issuing an executive order for Mexican Americans to be put in internment camps, regardless if they have been accused of crime is not considered faithful to the Preamble to the Constitution which states that we will ‘form a more perfect union’. This will not provide us with equality as Mexican Americans by taking away our liberty and will not provide them justice under the Constitution.
