Ever since NSA was founded and the internet was a thing, they’ve been looking at our stuff. Even if its just you shopping online or doing highly illegal drug dealing online, NSA sees it. The whole idea of NSA is to help keep our country secure. While this is great, that means they can also see what we’re doing on the internet and when. Having them sometimes unknowingly search through your internet documents, emails, etc. violates the 4th amendment, the ability to be secure with your documents and private information is violated. In addition to that, the NSA has captured some of the most infamous criminals, not with internet monitoring, but rather classic spying techniques.
So how do we solve this unconstitutional dilemma? My solution is not
