The pursuit of happiness
One of the most common things human kind searches for in their life is happiness. The "Happy" documentary illustrates many different ways that a person stays and becomes more happy. Although everyone finds happiness in different ways the most common forms are through exercise, friends and social interaction, and many acts of kindness.
The "Happy" documentary reveals how simply exercising and working out brings happiness into a persons life. I agree with this statement because working out allows people to release all their anger other than just being angry. As stated in the video, exercise release dopamine, which results in a happier human being. Any form of exercise also relieves a lot of stress in someone's life, a huge factor in being unhappy is having a lot of stress on your plate. Also, some form of exercise brings forth new energy. Another huge factor about working out is that it builds up confidence in a person. This is a huge factor involving happiness because if you are not happy with yourself, you never will be. Lastly exercise fights insomnia. This is such an amazing factor because it allows a person to get extra rest.

Have you ever helped someone in need with just simple daily tasks such as taking garbage out for them, mowing a neighbor's lawn, or even picking up pieces of trash on the ground? These easy tasks not only make you feel good, but also the person or place you are helping. Simple acts of kindness bring forth a different kind of happiness. "QUOTE". This tactic made the children become more appreciative and made them happier because they realized how blessed they truly
