Write a summary of the novel.
In this novella, it's talked about stories between George and Lennie who are main characters in this book. At the beginning, they discussed their future and what they are going to do in the future on the way to the next ranch. When they arrived the ranch, they met Candy first and Candy led them to the boss. And then Curley came to their bunk house, he didn’t like Lennie. After for a while, they met Slim and Slim told them what they should do on the ranch. Lennie and George worked hard. One day, Carlson asked Candy to kill his old dog. After Candy’s dog was killed, Candy expressed sadness. In the evening, all people were outside, only George, Lennie and Candy in the bunk house. George and Lennie were talking about they will have their own ranch soon, Candy was interested in it and joined them. One time, everybody was playing horseshoe game except Lennie. Curley’s wife consoled him about his dead puppy and she let Lennie touch her hair, but in the end Lennie made her die. Lennie ran away and hided in the brush, George led them to wrong direction and he killed Lennie by himself.
