Which side is best to take, Publius or Brutus? No doubt Publius’ side will convince people to take his side. The new Constitution must be ratified for us. If we approve the new constitution, our federal government will be strong enough to preserve our freedom, promote our trade and protect our property. The new constitution had an idea for the federal government the power to tax so they can have the money. Also the new constitution balances the powers of the legislature , judicial and executive branch. The Articles of Confederation cannot support the federal government and therefore should we should trust and agree to the Constitution.

If we approve the new Constitution the federal government will be strong enough to preserve our freedom, and also promote trade and to protect our property. We should agree to this we can get the freedom that all of us deserve and to trade with other states and they can also help us to protect our property. Under the Article of Confederation they let the federal government the power to tax they still get the money, but they won’t have the power to help people. The Constitution want them to help us and our property all of us should trust the Constitution, they make great ideas we should agree to this.
