Imagine a quiet pond. There is no wind, no movement, just a flat, glassy sheet of water. Now imagine that someone throws a stone into the middle. What will happen? That’s right; ripples. They won’t stop until they hit the edge of the pond, and even then, a few bounce back to touch the place where it all began. Time works in the same way.
