The study of food and its prevalence in society is quite relatable to many industries. The fashion industry, while not directly relating to food, has absorbed many stereotypes and disputes revolved around the consumption of food along with the image it generates. The expectations held over individuals who chose to wear certain brands or model for the industry are grave. Through detailed research I hope to explore eating disorders in the fashion industry and their relevance to conforming with unrealistic social expectations.
