ROLE OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR
Chief administrative officers are top-level directors who oversee the day-to-day processes of an organization and are initially accountable for the operations of the departments they manage. Found across all industries and in both the non-profit and publicly traded sectors, these management professionals are experts at maintaining numerous functions of the businesses they serve Amico, (1999-2013). The (CAO) he or she will oversee the hiring and training of the high-level employees including line-managers. The CAO will make sure the employees work side-by-side as a team. A chief administrative officer will need to understand the company's policies, missions and goals. The role of the CAO is to establish job descriptions for their staff and decide what is best suited for that staff member According to Amico (1999-2013).He or she must allocate, systematize and develop new ideas to assist with the organizations bottom line also the chief administrative officer must foster solid verbal and written communication skills (para, 2-3). This paper, will state the problem as well as the issues and how to solve the health needs of an Africa. Integrating Fund Accounting, Financial controls, and Control and Management of Public Expenditures will be discussed. Explanation on government financial reporting requirements and applying budgets as disciplinary process will be explained Analyzing the financial statements and budgets to make appropriate administrative decisions and reporting the key course objectives that are covered throughout the past six weeks will be discussed as suggested in the assignment.
Problem
Working in the role of a chief administrative officer for a huge non-profit health relief organization. The board of directors has requested a summary of the issues about how to resolve the health demands of the African country. The organization has some degree of funding and will need to acquire sponsored medicine from key pharmaceutical companies. Furthermore they have the chance to receive non-generic, non USDA approved, alternative stem cell derived medication from foreign sources. Prepare a report for board of directors of the non-profit health relief organization on the proposed expenditure plan reflecting on the main course objectives including integrating fund accounting and financial controls, control and management of public expenditures, government financial reporting requirements, analyzing financial statements and budgets to make applicable administrative decisions, and applying budgets as disciplinary process.
