This was the video on The Stonewall Uprising. This was said to count as two journal entries.
This was called The Stonewall Riots, but changed to the term uprising. It really was an uprising and not a riot. It was a story about gays and lesbians who were considered as low life, subhuman, infectious deceased people. How they fought back and won.

In this video there was a speaker from the police department named John Sorenson. He was speaking to a class telling them that if they were doing anything homosexual they would be punished. I was really shocked by what he had said to these kids. I do not believe that homosexuality is one of social construction; I believe it is a biological construction. I do agree that to some degree it is of social construction, the idea that we buy girl's dolls and boys trucks, and freak out if our son wants to wear the color pink. However, what makes a

Society eventually has come to realize, at least for the most part, that being gay is not a "choice" but the way they were made. In Biology we studied the development of boys and girls. During development in the fetus of a child it starts off a girl, and by intervention of hormones, it will be a boy. However if those hormones get crossed somehow, or too much of a hormone is released the result is either a female that has tom boy qualities, a male that has feminine qualities, and sometimes could be enough to influence a preferred preference for their own sex, due to the hormone influence in developing fetus's. Now I did not say it as eloquently as my teacher, but the point is they were born that way. This relates to gender issues that society tried to construct, but eventually they lose because people are tired of being forced into a role one way or
