The Third Little Pig By: Alyssa, Alexa, and Eshaan

In the original story, The Three Little Pigs, the third pig is way more intelligent than his brothers for many reasons. It is important to notice that the third little pig outwits the wolf and nothing happens to the pig because he is intelligent. The third little pig is witty, he is very knowledgeable, and he is a quick thinker.

One reason why the third little pig from The Three Little Pigs is intelligent, is because he’s witty. He is witty because when the wolf told the pig to let him in he said, “Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!” This made the wolf mad and he tried to blow down the house, this showed wittiness because the pig had a unscared attitude towards the wolf. The third little pig is also witty because he kept his cool when the wolf was trying to come in. That showed wittiness because at that point he wasn’t scared of the wolf, so that made wolf try to make him scared. He is witty also because he outwitted the wolf twice since the wolf couldn’t blow down his house and the wolf also fell in the third little pig’s hands in a fireplace,That also showed wit because the wolf got played twice.

It is important to notice that the pig knew if he made his house out of bricks, nothing bad would really happen to it. That shows knowledge because he knows that the wolf can’t get in and eat him up like his other brothers. Another reason is that the third little pig saw the wolf climbing the chimney and he decided to make a fire in the chimney. The third little pig knows that it would hurt the wolf enough that he would not come back and try to eat him.
