Chapter five - The Umbrella Club – first edit completed

Lila sat at her desk at work the next day in a fog, and had been on auto pilot all morning. She had no idea if anyone noticed or not, but didn’t think she cared a lot at this point even if they did. She wanted nothing more than to go and see Keith again. Even though they didn’t have intercourse, what she had experienced was something which went way beyond intimacy. If he could make her react with doing what he did, she couldn’t wait to have full blown sex with him. She gave an involuntary shiver at the thought and smiled. She jumped when she realized Rachael was standing there, snapping her fingers in her face. “That’s quite the smile you have their woman, I can’t wait to hear about this. Are you ready for lunch?” Lila sat there for a moment longer, staring dumbly at Rachael before laughing and getting out of her chair. “You bet.” The weather was unusually warm so they opted to sit on a park bench to enjoy the sunshine, while it lasted. Large amounts of rain, wind, and clouds, were normal for the area. The sun, when it did arrive, was something to behold and not wasted.
