Romeo and Juliet is a tragic love story about star crossed lovers whose fate is set on destroying the outrageous rivalry between the lovers two families. Many times we hear people explain to others of the many ups and downs a story may contain, However this is not one of those stories. This love story is full of many downs, including the rivalry between the Montagues and Capulets, the secret forbidden marriage of Romeo and Juliet, And the death of the two lovers. The Capulet and Montague feud is simply one that is too difficult to understand, although, throughout the love tale of Romeo and Juliet the feud of the two families begins to reveal. Not only are the two families very wealthy, they are also very greedy. Now it is understandable to be prideful of what is yours, But to be part of such greed is something that is not quite as easy to understand. The greediness of the two families brings much selfishness to the two households causing the attraction between Romeo and Juliet to be forbidden creating an unwanted barrier between the deep love that young Romeo and Juliet share. …show more content…
