It is not unusual in this world for people to disguise their desired outcomes with lies and trickery. In the play Othello, written by William Shakespeare, the evil character Iago uses trickery to achieve his goal of destroying Othello, while the unsuspecting Othello continues to believe that Iago is a true and loyal friend.
