Thomas Edison is a well known scientist who was born on February 11th 1847 in Milan Ohio. Thomas Edison is well known for his many inventions such as the telegraph, the phonograph, and also the first commercially practical incandescent electric light bulb. In this essay I will talk about how he became the great inventor that he is and three of his most widely known Inventions.
Growing up, Thomas Edison was the youngest of 7 children and his parents names were Samuel and Nancy Edison. His father was from Canada and was a political activist who was exiled from Canada.
