Three Sovereigns for Sarah Three Sovereigns for Sarah is a true story about the Salem Witch Trial transcripts, and a story of two sisters. A woman named Sarah and her two sisters are put on trial, due to people thinking they do witchcraft. Sarah is sentenced to prison by virtue of witchcraft. In this story, a total of nineteen people was hanged and one person was pressed to death. Hundreds of people went to jail during the witch hysteria. The children would falsify and act as if demons were in the room and deceit the people in the village.
