Heroes are even willing to give up their lives and fight for the lives of others. A hero is any person really intent on making this a better place for all people. Benjamin Franklin was a hero because he fought for his people’s freedom and he was always on the good side no matter what .He fought with his people, and proved the others wrong.

Benjamin Franklin is a hero because in the American war for Independance ,Franklin forged an alliance with France, and Franklin made peace with the British in the Treaty of Paris in 1783. This shows that Waldo didn’t really like Franklin.But in real life everyone thought and believed in Benjamin Franklin that he was everyone’s hero by how great he was to all Americans and the whole entire country. But someone like Ben Wattenberg always believed in Benjamin Franklin that he was a big time hero.
