How The Company Will Grow
I want my company to be a small business with lots to offer. I'm looking to hire no more than 15 people. My staff will be trained to have outstanding customer service and be able to answer any questions asked.I will set out to find the best staff, that are in experienced in being a student athlete, have an degree, and is diverse in many different ways.
My business will grow through the athletes that move on to having a better and successful life and use my company as reference.A company I researched about is NCSA Athletic Recruiting. They expanded throughout all of Northern California, helping student athletes get connected with college coaches through a competitive world of earning a scholarship. My business is similar but I want to keep it more local and family oriented, I want to help student athletes reach their goals in life.
