There are many similarities and differences between Tales from the Odyssey and Top of Everest. These include how the “Top of Everest”, gets the same reward as “The Tales Of The Odysseus” because they both get self accomplishments. In the text it says “Samantha Larson became the youngest to climb the “Seven Summits” and an evidence for “The Tales Of Odysseus”. It says in the text “ Odysseus was proud about surviving the journey”. These evidences connect to the main idea because the evidence explains how they both were rewarded with self accomplishment and what they were feeling. Also how the “Top of Everest” has many differences to the “Odyssey” because when we were researching we found out some risks that may happen during their adventures. And we found out in the “Top of Everest” they all have a risk of falling off the mountain and plummeting to their…show more content… Another risk is that they can get frostbite, or even hypothermia that can kill them. The risks of the “Odyssey”, are that Odysseus gets mad at everything and that makes him get his men killed and even him, he can possibly killed but usually he gets mad and tries to attach the people that he is angry at. Another risk is that he likes to explore other islands and that can be bad because if he explores the wrong island he can get attached and get killed. The last risk is that he can get killed by the gods because he was making the gods angry by harming land and some people like a monster and the people that were on another island. “Top of Everest” has many differences to the “Odyssey” because when we were researching we found out some risks that may happen during their adventures.
