I am very pleased to recommend me for this Scholarship Program. As her professor for the past semester, I have seen what an intelligent young lady she is. She is a student in my English class. me is a very bright, outgoing and kind person. She is well rounded and excels in all of her courses. me has spent time out of class doing community service around the neighborhood. This includes volunteering at Texas Children’s Hospital for 8 hours a week as well as mentoring children in Big Brother Big Sister organization. The staff at Texas Children’s Hospital think so much of her that they have offered her a paid internship for next summer. me has told me how excited she is to be receiving her education at the University of Houston. She has a clear plan of what she wants to pursue. After she has completed her undergraduate courses, she plans on going to medical school to become a doctor.
There is an incident I recall when I walked in on a fight in the hallway. A group of girls were bullying the new girl. While everyone else stood around and laughed, me showed her leadership skills by taking action and putting a stop to the fight. me has a lot of potential to succeed. She has a bright future ahead of her. She is a driven and dedicated student who excels in her academics. I believe in her ability to excel in and out of the classroom. She has the perseverance, determination and intelligent to go very far in life. I whole heartily recommend me for this scholarship program.
