Traditional Bullying Vs Cyberbullying

You’ve learned about the many different kinds of bullying and the effects of it. Now i’ll compare and contrast two very common types of bullying. traditional, (which includes physical and verbal bullying) and cyberbullying, which is the act of bullying through electronics and social media.

Some ways that these two types of bullying are different is that traditional bullying is, yes, very hurtful and serious, but cyberbullying is even more of a serious issue and is getting worse by the minute. For instance, traditional bullying will hurt you physically and verbally a lot, but cyberbullying will follow you around and constantly harass you. It can even cause people to commit suicide. For example, they are similar because they both involve the use of hurting people with words. Traditional bullying involves this when it’s verbal, and cyberbullying involves this, well, pretty much all the time. As bad as physical pain sounds, the act of putting people down or threatening them can hurt even more. For example, people might cry, try to harm themselves, or even kill themselves. Furthermore, they are the same because they both, in a way, can hurt you physically. Obviously, traditional bullying includes physical bullying, which will hurt you physically, but yes, cyberbullying can also hurt you physically, in a way. When people get cyberbullied, like any type of bullying, they are way more likely to hurt someone else, themselves, or even commit suicide. This is how victims might get harmed physically from cyberbullying. Last but not least, my final similarity, again according to Ic.GaleGroup.Com., is that they are both bad. Simple, right? I'll elaborate. Traditional bullying and cyberbullying have their different effects. They're are different Methods of coping with them. They also have many similarities.
