Some side effects that are possible that I would not want to get are fever, loss of coordination, seizures, and many more very scary and fatal side effects. Thus, the only thing it helps with is just pain and increased amounts of serotonin. Even though the over-the-counter alternatives may not completely take away my pain, they would be better than the side effects from Ultram or risking getting addicted to more harmful drugs.
