The Migos song “Handsome and Wealthy” starts playing, the lights begin flashing as Trev Coleman approaches the ring, the crowd commence roaring and the adrenaline arise through his body. This is exactly what Trev Coleman experience feels like right before any fight.

Trev Coleman is a 26 years old undefeated professional boxer,5’6 tall and with a weight of 145 lbs. fights under the light weight category. His passion towards boxing was developed at the age of 7 years old, watching his father fight at such a young age Trev persuaded his boxing career. Trev been boxing for fifteen years now, thirty fights as an amateur and five as a pro. Born and raised in North Omaha Nebraska, Coleman has represented our city in a marvelous way. His love and commitment for this sport has given him all the victories making him until this day an undefeated fighter.

Coleman get his gear ready including gloves, mouth guard, hand wraps, shoes and his personal designed shorts with OMAHA name on it to represent his city. As the day approaches for his time to shine, he makes sure that his body is well rested. When the day of the fight is finally here he overcomes different types of emotions. Sometimes he naturally experiences some degree of anxiety prior competition.” The heart rate goes from normal from 60-80 bpm to slightly over 100 bpm, the butterfly-in-the -stomach feeling, legs feelings heavy and the struggle to think clearly is real, but I feel confident and ready once I get in the ring” says Coleman. The judges will then check his weight to make sure he isn’t over his weight category. His couch makes sure his gloves are on and then he starts sparring practicing his last technique and to help him decrease his anxiety. He begins to walk towards the ring keeping a positive attitude, At the end of the fight after all the punches, all the sweat that covers his body he wins the victory taking the belt
