This guy was someone different, came to mind while I was listening to music one day driving to get food. He became a leader in his distinctive way. Many leaders with this personality that takes this route are the ones who get involved with the judicial system and the law. The leader that was selected was Tupac Amaru Shakur, he was a rapper, activist, leader, poet, and actor all in one. His persona is what captured my attention. The way we can make a difference to millions through the music he made. It was said that people in the African American neighborhoods look to him as an angel. Being comfortable to speak in interviews with the characteristics of humility and respect, he was not afraid to create conversations on topics that he knew would cause controversy. Being a leader one should not fear to state what is on their mind when he or she feels like the time is right. In addition, he contains the other personal source of power which is expert. Tupac's knowledge was different and on another level in a good way for an individual who didn't want to attend secondary education. He took the knowledge he learned from being raised by two members of the black panther movement and running the streets as a hoodlum. To show the world that it's possible to make a positive difference in the world and making people believe in what he believes in. Tupac had his groups that followed him daily and look to him for advice, knowledge, and confirmation. He was the guy giving those people around him rewards and punishments when necessary.
