On the above date and time I responded to 8011 U.S. Highway 19 (Speedway), reference two trespassers.
Dispatch advised me that the manager of the store observed two subjects in a white, four door Nissan "possible doing drugs." Dispatch advised me that the vehicle was parked at the North side of the building.
Upon arrival, I observed the white Nissan, which was parked on the North side of the building. I parked away from the vehicle, as to not block it in. My emergency lights and siren was not activated.
Upon approach, I made contact with the male subject, later identified as James Dallas Cox. The female R/O. later identified as, Amanda Suzanne Perry, was sitting in the front seat passenger's side.
