When there is death involved with a situation there is always somebody to blame. In this situation in “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet” the person to blame for the deaths of everyone and the problems caused, is Tybalt. Everyone in “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet” act fairly foolish. They all jumped to conclusions and that caused even more problems. Tybalt was a greedy man and coasted the lives of man others. In “The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet” from the moment we meet Tybalt he is very greedy. All he wants is to kill Romeo. When Romeo was forced to kill Tybalt, it wasn’t because Romeo wanted him dead. Romeo wanted to treat Tybalt like family, they were cousins actually at that time. Tybalt couldn’t just understand that Romeo didn’t want to fight or kill him and Romeo was forced to kill him . Tybalt got greedy, cheated, and killed Mercutio, and Romeo had to do something. “Tybalt. I am here for you” (Shakespeare, 427). From that Juliet was upset more about Romeo than Tybalt. Her parents were then thinking that she was mourning about Tybalt's death, because they didn’t didn’t know Juliet and Romeo were married. Capulet and Lady Capulet then felt that Juliet should marry Paris. Unfortunately for Paris, Juliet doesn’t like him, in fact she makes herself sound like she highly despises of him. Juliet tells this to her father but he still forces her to marry Paris, making her fake a death. This then causes Romeo to kill himself which later will make Juliet actually kill herself. “But fettle your fine joints ‘ gainst Thursday next To go with Paris to Saint Peter’s Church,” (Shakespeare, 443). This is showing how Capulet is forcing Juliet to marry Paris, but he only arranged it thinking that Juliet would love him and because she was grieving over Tybalt's
