Bad customer service can affect a business in a negative way. Most of time great customer service is what keep a customer coming back. Bad customers will make the business look bad because there will be a lot complaints on the company. It will start messing up the company reputation. The more complaints will start messing up sales because it means the companies have to satisfy the customer twice. Example) Subway has a compliant about a sandwich they have to give the customer a free sandwich or their money back. This type of results is making sales go down because they are not gaining any profit off that order. In addition, this would mean that the managers are not doing that job as well.
