A healthy diet gives your body the energy and nutrition. This helps your body to function and have health benefits

• Prevent people from getting a stroke • Will reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes
• Prevent against certain cancers, such as mouth, stomach • Reduce the risk of heart attack

Eating a diet high in grains, especially whole grains as an overall healthy diet may:

The possible consequences of an unhealthy diet are people binge eating. If they binge eat it can make the child become obese. This could give them high blood pressure. This can make them feel drowsy, give the child headache and have high cholesterol.
