People has argued so hard and wish for the government health insurance to cover all American citizens instead of a situation where certain individuals will pay for their own health insurance but unfortunately that wish have not come to reality at this time. “President Harry Truman posited that health insurance is part of the Fair Deal all Americans are entitled to (Jonas and Kovner, 2011).
