Usain Bolt the guy who ran the 100 meter dash in 9.58 seconds, the guy who ran the 200 meter dash in just 19.19 seconds. Pretty amazing right? Usain Bolt is an Olympic athlete for Jamaica’s track and field. He won the 2008 summer olympics in Beijing China, the 2012 olympics in London, and the 2016 olympics in Rio. The first time he made history was when he won the 100 meter dash,200 meter dash, and 4x100 meter relay. This is about the fastest man alive, Usain Bolt.

Although Usain was not able to compete in the 2004 World Junior Championships due to a hamstring injury. He was selected for the Jamaican Olympic Squad but could not run because of another leg injury. In 2005, Usain Bolt decided for a new beginning.
He got a new coach named Glen Mills. With the training his coach had put him through it had made Usain better and recover from his leg injuries. At the London's Crystal Palace, he scored the seasons best finish for the 200 meter of 19.19 seconds.

Usain’s life was not always the best. He had a lot of hardships as a younger child and was not wealthy at all. He was raised in a village with no streetlights and limited running water. Jennifer Bolt (Usain’s mother) says that her and Usain used to live a pretty rough life. They never had a lot of food because it was so limited with other people in their village. Jennifer Bolt explains that Usain has become a leader and has set goals and achieved them. Jennifer concludes that without Usain’s successes she would still be nothing. She used to not go anywhere outside of the village and now she has been to Europe,Japan,and China. Jennifer Bolt and father Wellesley Bolt have said they are so proud of what Usain has become.
