To fix issues like printing Weekly tickets, or printing reports that prompt for information in Temps Plus, you must first log into Citrix. Then use Remote Desktop to go the XENAPP server. Add username and password info. When the desktop pulls up, click on Citrix Delivery Services. On the left side of the screen open XENFARM, then go to Applications. Right click Xenapp and choose Enable Application. Then right click it again, and choose Application properties. Go to users, then Add, then ESI.LOCAL. Put in your username and password again. Hit the show users check box below and find the user you wish to add this to. Double click their name and hit OK. Then hit Apply and OK. Repeat this process for Xenapp2. Then minimize and open up the Citrix login page for that user. Login as them. Click the Desktop tab to the right of Applications. Double-click XENAPP. When it opens, get on the internet with Firefox. If it asks for Import of Settings, say DO NOT IMPORT, then when it asks if you want to set as Default, state YES. Log out. Repeat for XENAPP2. Then log back into Xenapp on your Remote Desktop session, and DISABLE the XENAPP and XENAPP2 applications. Then log off. Their issue should be fixed, but test to be sure.
