Based on the VIA Survey of Character Strengths results, my top five strengths include spirituality, sense of purpose, and faith; curiosity and interest in the world; kindness and generosity; honesty, authenticity, and genuineness; and social intelligence. While I would agree with possessing these traits, I am not necessarily in agreement with the order that they were ranked. However, the results did give me an external vantage point of how I am viewed as a leader and a definite perspective to work from.
