The value of TQM to health care systems is that it is a beneficial tool for improving a systems performance. Main focus of TQM is what is done or the task, by whom or who is responsibility is it and in what process or the steps in order since this allows for the inputs and conversion processes to revised for better outcomes to improve the service or output.
