Various Types of Cancer Cell is the basic unit of Human body. Sometimes cells have a defect caused by gene mutation and when this mutation occurs frequently it causes cell to become cancerous. These cancerous cells grows on a different rate then a normal cells, thus eventually it clutters around normal cells, which is called a tumor. There are two types of tumor Benign, malignant, from which malignant is the cancerous. Malignant tumor can spread to the whole body and causes cancer. There are more than hundred types of cancers. Some of the common types of cancer are Lung cancer, Blood cancer, Skin cancer, and Breast cancer. Each type of cancer has its own symptoms, causes, and treatment. Lung cancer can be caused due to several of reasons but the most common is due to smoking. 85% of the cases that is diagnose for lung cancer is caused by use of tobacco. Symptoms of lung cancer are Coughing, constant chest pain, coughing up blood, and shortness of blood, repeated pneumonia or bronchitis swelling of the neck and face, and fatigue. Treatment plan is based on person-to-person basics. The treatment depends on stage, cell type, removing of tumor, and the patient’s ability to survive cancer (Ehrlich 2012.) One can either use chemotherapy or if the stage of diseases not worst then one can remove cancer tumor. Prevention is the best therapy; one can protect oneself by stop using tobacco. Blood cells are produce in bone marrow of body. Thus, most of blood cancer originates from bone marrow. There are three types of blood cancer Leukemia, Lymphoma, and myeloma. Leukemia is found in you blood and bone marrow, which is caused by rapid production of white blood cells, Lymphoma impairs immune system, and finally myeloma specifically targets plasma cell, which makes immune system weakened and susceptible to infection. Symptoms of blood cancers are anemia, swelling of lymph nodes, high counts of white blood corpuscles, back pain and kidney problems. Treatments related to blood cancer are chemotherapy, radiotherapy, transplantation of stem cells or bone marrow and some natural treatments consist of usage of herbs named Garcinia Mangostana and xanothenes. Along the years, the cure for blood cancer has been found but there are also some types of cancer for which researchers are not able to find the cure. The most common form of cancer is Skin cancer. Average American people who lives up to the age of 65, suffers with skin cancer once in their life. Types of skin cancers are basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. The common symptoms are appearance of the skin, such as a new growth or a sore that will not heal. Some of the treatments are Curettage and desiccation, surgical excision, radiation therapy, cryosurgery and Mohs micrographic. The main cause of skin cancer is ultraviolet light. Breast cancer is one the most cancer common in female. The common area where the most breast cancer begins is inside the milk ducts. Some of the causes of breast cancer are unhealthy style, stress, imbalanced food, and irregular sleeping hours.
