A verbal reprimand is the first step in dealing with a situation such as this. The volunteer will know his/her advances are not welcome and are told to stop. Once it continues, the discussion and advancements between the volunteer and I will be documented and kept on record of when and how it took place, along with the verbal warning. Copies will be made and given to higher authority for record-keeping and awareness of the problem.
