i have received your letter urging me to do my duty for my country and i understand that it may be selfish and gutless to reject this order. i comprehend we have included our country in this war it stop the spread of communism. And the communism results in our legal rights being lowered and the domino theory progressing and being over controlled by the leader but as the war has progressed I am less convinced by the original thinking that China and communism posed a direct threat.
