Introduction
Having access to the population to be interviewed in a global business can help a company expand if the right questions are asked during an interview. Getting to know your customer base within a global company or surrounding companies is a key instrument. The appropriate sampling method should be followed to ensure growth of a globalizing company. A sampling frame such as the leaders in the company while the sample size should be followed to ensure a proper study. A sample size is determined by how long the study is and how many researchers there are. Tests are done to determine qualitative methods, statistical methods, and results are displayed in a proposal then findings are brought forth. The qualitative research design in globalization is lengthy, but can impact a global company by either failing or rising them.
Population and Instruments
Much of the research can be done on the internet in order to locate financial documents of other global companies. Reaching out and networking with those companies’ leaders would benefit the study. The research team should also conduct focus groups with the leadership team of the company that is considering globalization. Everyone would have different background information and education so that the discussions would bring up many pros and cons of the suggested move.

Sampling The best sampling method for a research study on globalization would be to use information from other global businesses that are similar to the business in question. The researchers should network with other global companies that have the same customer base and reasons for globalization. The sampling population in this scenario could be merely financial reports and documentation obtained from other companies or it could include the interviewing of the management teams from other companies who have globalized their business. The more information, the better.
The researchers now have two sampling frames for this research study. One sampling frame would include the leaders in the company and the second frame would be that of the companies in which the researchers should reach out to. This should include an equal amount of companies who have successfully globalized their business and companies who have failed. The sampling method from which to conduct the study should use probability sampling. In this manner, interviewers cannot change who is selected to participate and cannot substitute other companies unless the substitution is strictly controlled (Cooper & Schindler, 2014). Once a list of all similar companies is completed then the companies chosen for the study should have equal chances at being selected and it should be done at random. The research within the company should include all stakeholders and not exclude anyone who may have influence on the decision. The sample size should be determined by how long the timeline for the study is and how many researchers will be involved in the study. If there are 300 companies that fall into the list of the sampling frame, it would be beneficial for the company to conduct research on at least 30 of those companies at random. If the study can be done over a longer period of time and has enough money, the sampling size should expand to 60 other companies making up 20% of the population. The more research that can be done on this subject, the better the results will be and management should be able to make a very confident decision.

Qualitative and Statistical Methods
In regards to the dilemma of globalization and whether it will work for a new and upcoming business, there are certain methods that need to be completed prior to commitment. The business itself will need to look into whether or not the business will succeed and in order to accomplish this, the higher ups need to do an internal review in order to determine if leadership is even on board with the major
