What financial documents would you want to look at and why? As for the financial documents that I would ask to view would be the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet. As we all know, the Income Statement will give you an idea of what has taken place or the time of the company. The Balance Sheet gives you summaries of assets/net assets and liabilities. This is important because it gives you information of a private organization for the fiscal year.

What would you want to know about the program’s output and outcome measures? I would like to know the outputs of the centers that they offer. For example, the type of classes that are offered to the clients. The type of information that will be given to them as well as how much of it that will be provided for the clients that will be serviced through the center. Also I would like to be provided with the outcome of the program. I would want to make sure that the program is successful. Including feedback from audits and the individuals that are have already completed this program.

What would you want to know about the expectation for the program to be a profit center? When it comes to what to expect for the program to be a profit center, you would want to make sure the program understands the true cost of the services that are going to be delivered as well as being able to manage the cost of it.

What would you want to know about the organization’s history with fund raising and why? Knowing about the history that the organization has with fund raising would keep me on track in which way to go. There are many things that you can do
