Since the American Industrial Revolution, we have seen extraordinary leaders, like Indra Nooyi, CEO of the Pepsi Company. Nooyi is well known for having established creditability among her peers and subordinates through assertiveness, enthusiasm, self-confidence and trustworthiness. On the other hand, we have also witnessed leaders with charisma and self-confidence destroy their organizations due to poor decision-making, lack of control or Machiavellian tendencies, such as John Stumpf ex-CEO of Wells Fargo.
Over the span of four years, Well Fargo’s sale department created millions of false retail bank sales accounts in order to meet company sales goals. As these false accounts continued to grow, many employees reported the unethical activities
