Andrew Young Jr., born on March 12, 1932, is most known for his participation with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the SCLC in the fight for civil rights. However, this man accomplished, and should be recognized, countless other great achievements. Served in Congress and been a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Young achieved much more than what society makes out of him.
